One email, one contact ... this email address has been operational for the last 25 years
and can be used to get in contact with Kim about ANY site within Genealogy Trails!
We can't do research for you, but we can answer questions and accept data contributions.

We have been adding data to Illinois Genealogy Trails website since 2000.
Starting out by providing data for the state of Illinois in March 2000,
our volunteers expanded to cover the whole United States in March 2006.

ALL DATA IS FREE TO VIEW!
and our sites are continuously adding more data.

DID YOU KNOW?
Our
SEARCH ENGINE
covers every one of our websites - every state and every county.

We know that what you're looking for is data -- and we have LOTS of it right here.

Our hosts work continuously to bring NEW data to their county sites.

And yes, we spend a lot of time making sure our sites are "nice looking", which to us means that our sites are readable, easy to use and well-organized.  Unlike many sites out there, our sites are not just endless links to other websites.  So sit back, relax, and get out your reading specs, because we have thousands of webpages of actual data for you to view that will help you fill in your family brick walls.
And visit us often, because we are ALWAYS transcribing
new data.

If you're interested in just a specific county, you'll want to start at the
county pages

Our long list of Census transcriptions is
here

If you're looking for general Illinois info and data,
our
state page and military data
page have lots of good names and dates and interesting background history.
